Abstract

La gouvernance Ethique et Morale des Entreprises (GEME) est un concept novateur, alliant les approches philosophiques de l'éthique et de la morale avec celles de la gouvernance des entreprises. Cet ouvrage fait suite à la Gouvernance éthique des entreprises : des paradoxes philosophiques ? parue en 2011. Il présente une méthodologie d'implantation participative de la GEME (MIP-GEME). Il s'adresse à tous les professionnels désireux d'implanter une GEME selon de véritables principes éthiques. cet ouvrage leur présente, non seulement la démarche d'implantation avec ses outils, mais également les conditions de cette démarche d'implantation pour réussir à mettre en place une GEME qui conduira l'entreprise vers la croissance sociale et économique.
