Abstract

Les RPS : un véritable enjeu pour les entreprises. Ce papier présente les résultats d'une enquête menée auprès de 79 salarié(e)s faisant ressortir les limtes de l'analyse par genre tout en apportant ses points quand à la femme. Il s'agit d'un regard sur l'analyse par genre aux fins de prévention des RSP selon une approche essentialiste.
