Abstract

La loi de programmation pour la cohésion sociale du 18 janvier 2005 impose la négociation triennale d'un accord sur la Gestion Prévisionnelle des Emplois et des Compétences (GPEC) dans les entreprises. Cette loi relance la dynamique de la GPEC en entreprise. Ce papier s'intéresse aux évolutions récentes en ce domaine et montre, à l'appui de l'analyse de 23 accords d'entreprise GPEC signés entre fin 2006 et début 2010, que trois tendances particulières peuvent être observées. La première concerne une plus grande individualisation des pratiques de GRH qui se trouve confirmée. La seconde porte sur l'impact des accords de GPEC sur l'employabilité des salariés et la troisième porte un regard particulier sur la situation des seniors et les apports de ces accords sur la gestion des plus âgés.
