Abstract

Cet article examine la notion " d'intention de développer son employabilité " introduite par Hategekimana et Roger (2000) et montre, à l'appui d'une étude de cas originale, un lien entre la satisfaction des salariés et l'intention de développer leur employabilité. Puis, le rôle spécifique de la formation dans le développement de l'employabilité est examiné. Enfin, l'étude montre l'importance croissante de l'individualisation des parcours professionnels. La réflexion théorique s'appuie sur une étude de cas réalisée en 2011 combinant les méthodologies qualitatives (14 entretiens individuels) et quantitatives (questionnaire - échantillon de 101 répondants).
