Une cartographie des principales conceptualisation de la construction identitaire dans les organisations

Abstract

Dans les publications en théorie des organisations du champ gestionnaire, la construction identitaire des individus au sein des organisations est un phénomène très largement étudié, au point qu'il est difficile de discerner précisément les grandes approches existantes, leurs présupposés, mais également leurs domaines d'application. L'objet de cette revue de littérature est de proposer une caractérisation de cinq des principales approches en la matière en explicitant leurs forces et limites respectives. Une de ces approches apparaît plus prometteuse dans sa capacité à dépasser certaines limites du champs : celle dite du travail et de la régulation identitaire. En vue de dépasser les limites propre à cette dernière, nous suggérons une piste de recherche orientée autour d'une meilleure compréhension de la construction identitaire en situation, en lien avec le travail concret exercé au sein des organisations.
