Abstract

Ce chapitre examine la prise en compte de la RSE dans les PME/TPE et lors de la création d'entreprise. Dans ses principes et ses pratiques, la RSE peut être conçue comme une occasion de mettre à l'épreuve la légitimité et la compétitivité de l'entreprise, à travers l'identification et l'exploitation d'opportunités entrepreneuriales. La prise en compte de la RSE dès la phase de création est une décision stratégique qui renforce la créativité et l'innovation de l'entreprise, tout en lui permettant de répondre à des enjeux sociaux et éthiques.
