Abstract

Pour le monde économique d'aujourd'hui, la création de valeur est issue principalement de l'exploitation de la connaissance de l'entreprise et non plus de l'exploitation et de la transformation de ressources naturelles. Dans cet environnement, les connaissances de l'entreprise sont une ressource clef à gérer pour développer un avantage concurrentiel, mais pas une ressource comme les autres. Qu'est-ce que la connaissance dans l'entreprise ? Quels modes de management mettre en place pour la gérer ? À quels enjeux les entreprises doivent-elles faire face pour en gérant la connaissance ? Quel nouveau modèle d'entreprise annonce la prise en compte de la connaissance en tant que ressource clef ? Comment la gestion des connaissances réinterroge-t-elle les fondements de l'action collective ? En adoptant une vue synthétique sur le sujet, cet ouvrage présente les évolutions de la gestion des connaissances, la situe dans l'histoire des approches et des pratiques du management et en discute les impacts socioéconomiques.
