Abstract

Cet article complète notre recherche tentant d'anticiper les futurs possibles de la fonction de chef de guilde. Suite à un questionnaire auprès de 230 joueurs, les résultats ont ensuite été soumis à un petit groupe de professionnels RH, qui ont à leur tour réalisé un retour sur ces résultats. Cette nouvelle recherche permet de construire un modèle de liaison à partir d'un constat RH, sur les orientations possibles entre la fonction de chef de guilde et le métier de manager.
