Abstract

Ce papier a pour principal objectif d'inviter le lecteur à une réflexion sur le dilemme éthique et la déviance négative, et par là-même sur ce qui échappe à notre vigilance dans le cadre de l'activité professionnelle. Il se compose en deux parties. Dans un premier temps, nous allons évoquer principalement la notion de dilemme éthique en mobilisant, d'un point de vue philosophique, trois perspectives majeures : déontologique, utilitariste et existentialiste. En expliquant l'apport fondamental de cette dernière, nous présenterons le positionnement de la notion de dilemme éthique. Dans une seconde partie, nous aborderons part d'ombre des individus dans l'organisation (Dark Side of Organizational Behavior) et le positionnement de la déviance négative. Nous évoquerons enfin une vision schématique permettant de situer clairement la frontière entre la présence de la déviance négative et la notion de dilemme éthique dans la Perspective Existentialiste.
