Abstract

Le présent article vise à comprendre les conditions d'acceptation et d'appropriation de l'ISO 26 000 au sein d'une entreprise française du secteur agro-alimentaire. L'acceptation de l'ISO 26 000 est facilité par la dimension transcendantale du projet et sa capacité à structurer et mettre en cohérence les actions de l'entreprise. Mais cette acceptation se heurte à la nécessité de comprendre et d'adapter cette norme universelle aux contexte et spécificités d'une entreprise de moyenne taille, ainsi qu'au coût et temps requis pour la déployer. L'appropriation implique, sur le plan organisationnel, d'intégrer la RSE dans la stratégie globale de l'entreprise ; d'impliquer la direction , de sensibiliser le personnel au sens que donne la RSE plutôt qu'à l'aspect technique de l'ISO. Notre démarche est celle d'une recherche-action qui s'appuie sur une approche qualitative et longitudinale.
