Abstract

Aujourd'hui certains secteurs sont en panne d'innovation. Et si les raisons de ces blocages n'étaient pas uniquement d'ordre institutionnel ou économique ? Et si cela se jouait aussi sur le plan cognitif ? Et si, lorsque nous devons faire preuve de créativité, nous donnions toujours un peu les mêmes idées, tuant de fait toute originalité ? L'enjeu de ce livre est d'étudier des situations où malgré les attentes et les efforts déployés, l'innovation peine à émerger, restant de fait une innovation orpheline. Comment diagnostiquer et agir sur des biais cognitifs qui peuvent s'immiscer dans les dynamiques industrielles ? Conciliant des approches en sciences cognitives et en gestion, cet ouvrage propose un cadre théorique de l'innovation orpheline et des méthodologies appliquées dans diverses situations empiriques pour tenter de sortir de ces impasses.
