L'apprentissage organisationnel de la responsabilité environnementale : un "cheminement" structuré ?

Abstract

Cette recherche vise à comprendre comment et dans quelle mesure les organisations s'approprient les enjeux environnementaux sur lesquels elles communiquent. Nos enquêtes montrent que cette appropriation demeure, généralement, superficielle. Trois grappes d'entreprises se distinguent, selon leur niveau de déploiement des dispositifs d'apprentissage de la responsabilité environnementale. Néanmoins, nous faisons apparaître que ce déploiement s'opère de manière récurrente dans chaque grappe, selon un ordre précis. Ceci est confirmé par une phase d'enquête longitudinale. Il s'agit, donc, d'un véritable 'cheminement' qui structure le processus d'apprentissage. De là, nous identifions un certain nombre d'écueils, mais aussi des facteurs de réussite et des bonnes pratiques avérées permettant de guider les organisations vers un apprentissage profond de la responsabilité environnementale, clé de sa pérennisation.
