Abstract

Préparer les futurs managers à intégrer les enjeux économiques, sociaux et environnementaux et à faire preuve d'engagement et de responsabilité dans leurs actions et leurs décisions fait partie des responsabilités d'une école de management. C'est en tout cas le point de vue que nous défendons à Audencia Nantes Ecole de Management. En nous fondant sur des recherches et des observations dans les entreprises, nous avons acquis la conviction que l'engagement social et environnemental et la performance économique vont de pair, voire se renforcent mutuellement. Dès lors, notre objectif est de contribuer à faire de nos étudiants des acteurs de la responsabilité globale.
