Abstract

Ce chapitre aborde en premier lieu les facteurs économiques et liés au marché du travail. L'écart entre les niveaux de revenu dans les pays membres et non membres de l'OCDE, les inégalités à l'intérieur des pays et l'évolution du taux de chômage demeureront des incitations économiques fortes aux migrations, de même que les différences en termes de protection sociale entre le pays d'origine et le pays de destination potentiel.
