L'individu et l'organisation projet: quelles difficultés pour quelles réponses?

Abstract

La gestion par projet est réputée pour ses atouts socioorganisationnels, parmi lesquels le raccourcissement des délais de conception, la focalisation sur les clients ou renforcement du métissage professionnel. Mais elle comporte pour les acteurs qui la font vivre, des coûts qu'il s'agit de ne pas mésestimer en matière de carrière, de tensions, de contrôle, voire d'identité. Sur la base d'une revue de littérature et d'une étude de terrain qualitative effectuée auprès de l'équipe projet de la Laguna chez Renault, cet article vise à recenser trois difficultés principales et trois solutions envisageables pour y remédier.
