Vygotski, la carrièrologie profane et le succès de carriere

Abstract

La littérature sur les carrières est largement organisée autour de l'opposition entre carrières subjectives et carrières objectives. Les travaux de ceux qui, depuis Vygotski, ont pris l'activité comme unité molaire d'analyse, permettent de dépasser cette opposition et d'analyser comment les individus se sont appropriés les transformations en cours pour saisir quelles sont les logiques qui les animent. Grâce à l'examen d'extraits de 21 cas, ce texte propose de définir et d'illustrer la notion de " carriérologie profane " et ses relations avec l'activité et la subjectivité. Il mobilise et décrit la technique des événements critiques de carrière. Elle permet d'observer la carriérologie profane au ras de l'activité et de comprendre comment les sujets la mobilisent. Elle rend possible l'analyse de l'entremêlement du travail et de la carrière ou des enjeux subjectifs et objectifs des parcours. Elle ouvre un accès, enfin, aux moments de développement et à leurs ressources.
