Efficacité de l'e-learning en contexte d'entreprise : le rôle de l'environnement d'apprentissage

Abstract

A travers une étude de cas unique réalisée dans la compagnie aérienne Air France, cet article examine l'effet de l'environnement d'apprentissage (poste de travail et salle dédiée) sur l'efficacité de l'e-learning en contexte d'entreprise. Les résultats montrent que les nuisances liées au poste de travail desservent l'efficacité de la formation, et, introduisant la notion d'e-learning présentiel, remettent en cause les présupposés de l'e-learning : se former où on veut, quand on veut et comme on veut.
