Abstract

Abstract The aim of this article is twofold ; to understand the mechanisms which regulate violence in a particular context : the psychiatric hospital , and, to highlight the room to manoeuvre which the management have to prevent psychological violence. Using empirical evidence from studies in a psychiatric hospital such mechanisms are shown . The method is inductive and the analysis of results uses the theory of the regulation to understand it.
