Abstract

The article looks at the job-search and career-development activities of highly skilled young management professionals. Based on interviews and survey data, it says that they are routinely engaged in job-search activities including researching job opportunities, and typically stay at their first professional job for less than three years. Topics include wages and training opportunities.
