Du bilan de compétences au projet professionnel: linéarités et détours

Abstract

Parce que les bilans de compétences ne débouchent que rarement sur l'élaboration et/ou la réalisation d'un projet de changement, l'objectif est d'en comprendre les raisons à travers quatre études de cas. Trois explications d'ordre interne au bilan ressortent de l'analyse conduite par les auteures : le bilan pousse davantage à travailler les processus cognitifs qu'émotionnels et conatifs ; il renvoie au principe de réalité du sujet social plutôt qu'au principe de plaisir de l'individu ; enfin, il joue un rôle productif plutôt que curatif.
