Abstract

Au cours des vingt dernières années, le dialogue social transnational s'est fortement développé au niveau interprofessionnel, sectoriel et de l'entreprise, tant dans le cadre européen qu'au niveau mondial. Mais quelles sont les interactions entre les différents lieux et les différents acteurs de ce dialogue social transnational ? De quelle manière le dialogue social transnational pèse-t-il sur les systèmes de concertation nationaux, eux-mêmes souvent caractérisés par une multiplicité de niveaux ? Ces ambitieuses questions sont examinées par André Sobczack et Évelyne Léonard à travers une revue minutieuse de la littérature sociologique récente à ce sujet ainsi qu'une enquête menée auprès des acteurs de terrain. Les auteurs montrent dans quels types de lieux surgissent les innovations qui serviront de modèles. Ils repèrent les acteurs qui leur ont donné naissance et dont l'expérience peut servir de point d'appui pour un enrichissement progressif du contenu des accords et de leurs procédures de mise en œuvre.
