Abstract

L'objectif de ce travail est de contribuer, d'une part, à la compréhension des étapes du développement des réseaux d'entreprises, à l'aide de l'étude de cas longitudinale d'un réseau constituant une marque collective et, d'autre part, à l'élaboration d'outils d'analyse en proposant une grille inductive d'analyse du développement des réseaux. Le premier apport consiste en l'identification de cinq sous-étapes distinctes permettant de préciser les deux premières étapes d'évolution d'un réseau mises en évidence par Larson (1992). Le deuxième apport est lié à la caractérisation de ces sous-étapes par six éléments descriptifs et cinq éléments analytiques, dans le cadre d'une grille inductive.
