Abstract

Le succès des banques dans le secteur de l'assurance est une composante majeure du paysage économique français. Au-delà de ce cas spécifique, la bancassurance est un bon exemple de convergence sectorielle. Dans le cadre de la théorie des ressources, le propos de l'article est de mettre en évidence les ressources clefs et leurs modes de combinaison par les banques pour fonder un avantage concurrentiel.
