Abstract

De plus en plus d'entreprises qui se reconnaissent une responsabilité sociale et environnementale sur l'ensemble de leur réseau adoptent des codes de conduite. A côté des normes élaborées au niveau de la firme, qui ont une valeur juridique réduite, d'autres sont développées par des syndicats et des ONG ou négociées au niveau sectoriel. Contrôle et sanction restent les maillons faibles de ces dispositifs. Mais le débat sur cette responsabilité globale réactualise la question de la nature et du respect des normes gouvernant les rapports dans l'entreprise. Un nouveau modèle de régulation émerge.
