Abstract

Le marché du travail des infirmières est un marché extrêmement tendu. Cette problématique, à laquelle sont confrontés l'ensemble des pays industrialisés, poussent à s'interroger sur des moyens d'attirer et de fidéliser cette population particulière. La satisfaction au travail est, depuis longtemps, identifié comme un facteur de fidélisation. Une revue de littérature balayant les récents travaux réalisés sur la satisfaction au travail des infirmières met en évidence le positionnement ambigu de l'autonomie. Une analyse profonde des travaux majeurs étudiant l'autonomie et la satisfaction au travail permet de proposer une lecture originale de la relation entre ces deux variables, en particulier, au regard du Vitamin Model de Warr.
