Abstract

For these last years, the European social dialogue became one of the indispensable elements of the European social model in the collective negotiation. The construction of such a dialogue in the sports sector joins in a long political and institutional process which spreads both at national and EU level. The specificities of the sport, the representativeness of labour unions, the segmentation of the sector, are so many constraints to be overtake so that the representatives of employers and employees can negotiate in an autonomous way on their own professional relationships within a European social dialogue committee in the sports sector.
