Abstract

Ce manuel de diagnostic global d'une entreprise s'attache à clarifier les procédures à mettre en place et les outils à utiliser. Il s'articule autour des trois concepts du business model : une proposition de valeur attractive, une organisation performante, une équation de profit résolue. A chaque étape du diagnostic, les auteurs convoquent les théories du management stratégique, des organisations et de l'analyse financière. Comment analyser et évaluer la performance d'une entreprise ? Cet exercice peut se révéler délicat tant les critères d'appréciation varient au gré des acteurs, des situations et des contextes. Ce manuel de diagnostic global s'attache à clarifier les démarches à emprunter et les outils à utiliser. Le diagnostic de la performance nécessite de comprendre le fonctionnement de l'entreprise, de repérer les bases et les mécanismes de la performance et d'évaluer les aptitudes de l'entreprise.
