Abstract

Le présent travail de nature exploratoire, a pour objet l'approfondissement de la notion de connaissance et de son partage au sein des groupes et entreprises de distribution internationales. Cinq études de cas résultant d'entretiens approfondis sont traitées selon les procédures de la Grounded Theory. Ces études permettent d'esquisser une typologie des connaissances, d'identifier les plus porteuses d'avantage compétitifs, ainsi que les freins et leviers de leur partage. Elles débouchent sur des premières recommandations et implications managériales. Les limites de ce travail exploratoire sont précisées ainsi que les perspectives d'extension nationale et internationale.
