Plainte contre Y: au delà des apparences, ce que cache le conflit des générations dans les entreprises

Abstract

Les différences de générations figurent en bonne place dans notre imaginaire collectif depuis 1968. Avec l'émergence de la question des seniors et de celle des juniors, elles deviennent une clé de lecture pour interpréter les comportements. On imagine facilement des jeunes hyperconnectés, à l'aise dans notre époque technophile. On imagine aussi des seniors moins avides de technologie mais plus expérimentés. Mais les spécialistes de sciences sociales savent bien que plus un concept est général, moins il est explicatif. A trop s'intéresser aux générations, le risque est grand de passer à côté d'autres problèmes, beaucoup plus réels ceux-là.
