Abstract

Ce chapitre montre que les malentendus dans une équipe de projet d'ingénierie, composée pour l'essentiel d'ingénieurs suisses et français, résultent notamment de différences culturelles de conception de la qualité. Ces conceptions sont explicitées ainsi que leurs conséquence sur le management de l'équipe.
