Abstract

Deux ans après la crise de 2008-2009, présentée comme le plus grand choc mondial depuis la Grande Dépression de 1929, les marchés ont résorbé ce choc et ont semblé un temps retrouver leur dynamisme. Mais de nouvelles interrogations surgissent, en Europe notamment, devant le niveau de l'endettement public. L'objet de cet ouvrage est de donner au manager les nouvelles clés pour appréhender un environnement économique où la visibilité s'est considérablement réduite. Grâce à un état des lieux de nos économies et à l'exploration de nouveaux concepts et pistes de développement, l'auteur propose de tirer les enseignements de ces crises. Sa grille de lecture met en exergue les bouleversements induits par ces crises successives, qui nécessitent une refondation des organisations, des stratégies et des pratiques managériales, en particulier pour rétablir une confiance aujourd'hui ébranlée. Les principes qui en résultent se veulent les bases d'un management anticrise. Cet ouvrage s'adresse à tous les managers et dirigeants d'entreprise soucieux de mieux comprendre les dernières crises et de trouver les outils permettant de s'en affranchir.
