Abstract

Les actions des entreprises ne sont généralement pas totalement cohérentes entre elles, les discours qu'elles tiennent sont souvent contradictoires, et leurs discours et actions ne sont généralement pas en phase les uns avec les autres. Les entreprises se trouvent donc structurellement en situation d'hypocrisie organisationnelle. La notion a été avancée pour la première fois par Nils Brunsson dans un livre publié en 1989, dont une seconde édition, révisée, a été republiée en 2003.
