Abstract

Fondée sur une méthodologie peu mobilisée, les dessins, cette étude empirique propose d'examiner les représentations enfantines d'un " bon " goûter et d'analyser l'effet de variables individuelles sur la réalisation de ces dessins. L'analyse souligne que pour les enfants un bon goûter est caractérisé par la présence de produits sucrés gourmands, reflet d'une norme culturelle, auxquels s'ajoutent fréquemment des fruits, preuve de l'intégration de messages de prévention. Le poids des marques dans le repérage et le choix des enfants apparait également. D'un point de vue méthodologique, cette étude propose des recommandations relatives à l'utilisation de dessins comme collecte de données auprès des enfants.
