Abstract

L'observation, dans des entreprises de taille et de secteurs divers, d'une dizaine de dispositifs de formation qui ne correspondent pas à la forme standard des formations en entreprise mais sont intrégrés plus étroitement aux situations de travail, met à jour l'existence d'un processus d'apprentissage interactif qui repose soit sur la constitution de groupes internes interhiérarchiques, interfonctionnels et/ou intercompétences, soit sur une articulation interne/externe à l'entreprise. L'une des finalités de ce processus est la production de savoirs dans l'entreprise, savoirs spécifiques indispensables à son fonctionnement dans un contexte d'incertitude et de changements rapides. L'interaction construite est plus ou moins large et plus ou moins riche : elle varie de l'association de deux types de compétences (opérationnel-fonctionnel, opérationnel-hiérarchique, opérationnel interne-opérationnel ou fonctionnel externe) à des configurations où interagissent des opérationnels de différentes technicités, des fonctionnels et des hiérarchiques. Les savoirs produits sont naturellement dépendants de la finalité et de la richesse de l'interaction. Ils correspondent non seulement à des connaissances sur les produits, les procédés et les processus utilisés mais aussi à des méthodes de travail : résolution collective de problèmes et modes de coordination internes.
