Abstract

Cet ouvrage a pour ambition de couvrir l'ensemble des pratiques de GRH appliquées en entreprise. Le champ de la GRH s'est considérablement enrichi au cours des dernières années tant par le développement du savoir scientifique que par celui de pratiques professionnelles en constante évolution. L'objectif du livre est de répondre, de façon pragmatique, aux questions que se pose quotidiennement tout responsable RH dans l'exercice de ses fonctions. Ouvrage de référence à vocation pratique, il permet au lecteur de mettre en oeuvre des solutions opérationnelles à des problèmes auxquels il est régulièrement confronté sur le terrain. Le livre offre deux sens de lecture : lecture verticale, centrée sur les missions quotidiennes des DRH et RRH, et lecture horizontale, avec l'analyse des grands défis qui traversent toutes les pratiques RH abordées. Rédigé sous forme de fiches synthétiques et directement applicables, illustrées de témoignages et avis d'experts, de cas réels d'entreprise, d'outils et conseils pratiques, cet ouvrage constitue la bible " tout-en-un " opérationnelle de la profession RH.
