Abstract

Les organisations coopératives se fondent sur des valeurs spécifiques qui définissent leur mode de gouvernance. Toutefois, le développement d'une organisation, si coopérative soit-elle, n'échappe pas aux évolutions propres de son activité. La gouvernance participative se confronte alors aux réalités du marché : comment préserver l'identité coopérative ?
