Abstract

Cet ouvrage totalement refondu présente une approche globale du management de la Supply Chain sur les plans conceptuels et méthodologiques, pour les entreprises industrielles, mais aussi de distribution et de services. Il couvre l'ensemble de la chaîne logistique, depuis les achats jusqu'à la distribution physique, et reflète une vision intégrée de la fonction, en détaillant l'ensemble des décisions stratégiques, tactiques et opérationnelles. Il traite aussi des aspects organisationnels et approfondit la mesure et le pilotage des performances. L'ouvrage s'adresse aux étudiants d'université, aux élèves des grandes écoles d'ingénieurs et de gestion, aux participants de programmes MBA, ainsi qu'aux cadres de l'industrie recherchant une réflexion globale et appliquée. Ce texte est complété par la mise à disposition d'un site internet, offrant une série de prestations additionnelles avec des mises à jour régulières: questions de réflexion, exercices, mini-cas d'application et questionnaires à choix multiples. Les professeurs de management pourront y trouver des aides pédagogiques.
