Abstract

Dans son ouvrage, Richard A. d'Aveni présente la commoditisation comme une des formes possibles de l'hyper-compétition. Basé sur une trentaine d'industries, le livre met en évidence trois cheminements aboutissant aux "pièges" à commodités : la déterioration; la prolifération; la surenchère. l'objectif de cet ouvrage est de donner des clés pour effectuer un bon diagnostic stratégique et identifier les attitudes les plus efficaces pour combrattre les différentes sources de commoditisation.
