Abstract

In einer perfekten Welt hinge die Position eines Managers von seiner Autorität und seinem Engagement ab; beides würde wachsen, sobald er eine höhere Hierarchiestufe erklimmt. Aber als wir die Antworten von mehr als 3000 Führungskräften auf einen ganzen Katalog von Fragen zu ihrer gefühlten Verantwortung und ihrer tatsächlichen Autorität auswerteten, entdeckten wir eine Welt voller kaum engagierter und erstaunlich einflussloser Manager. Wir fanden auch unerwartete Machtkonzentrationen - und gefährliche Leerräume. Wie sieht es in Ihrem Unternehmen aus? Befragen Sie Ihre Manager, und tragen Sie deren Antworten in eine Grafik wie diese ein. So werden Sie auf einmal die wahre Machtverteilung in Ihrer Organisation erkennen.
