Abstract

L'appropriation des solutions TIC demande une approche organisationnelle incluant la dimension sociale mais également technique. L'approche en termes de " démarches itératives d'appropriation " incorpore ces deux facettes de la problématique. Véritable émergence de terrain, ce concept propose de comprendre l'appropriation comme un processus de traduction sociotechnique au cours duquel les formes d'enactment des acteurs évoluent.
