Abstract

Cette communication cherche à analyser les relations de pouvoir explicitement ou implicitement générée par la mise en œuvre de démarches responsable. Pour ce faire, nous mobilisons l'approche foucaldienne : légitimité de l'auteur de la vérité, production et instruction de la vérité sur fond de lutte pour le pouvoir d'édicter la norme (Foucault, 1962 et 1975). Dans cette perspective, nous allons montrer que certaines entreprises vont s'attacher à faire reconnaître leurs pratiques responsables comme exemplaires. Par ce biais, elles s'imposent comme légitimes pour élaborer un modèle de RSE ayant vocation à s'imposer aux autres entreprises. Ce pouvoir d'édicter la norme, conforté par la puissance publique, semble in fine pouvoir être analysé comme un instrument de contrôle et de domination. Pour démontrer cela, nous procéderons en trois temps : la légitimation de l'autorité de l'auteur, la production de la connaissance et l'assujettissement des parties prenantes.
