Abstract

Entre atouts indéniables et difficultés récurrentes, le concept d'intelligence économique (IE) s'est énormément développé. Environnement hypercompétitif, complexe et incertain, l'IE trouve son adéquation optimale dans sa quête de la compréhension des enjeux environnementaux. L'exercice de l'IE est épars et constitue autant de pratiques, de façons de faire intéressantes pour comprendre les relations existantes entre l'entreprise et ses milieux d'affaires. Un principe d'unification des travaux théoriques est, aujourd'hui, essentiel pour conforter les bases d'une notion s'enracinant dans les sciences de gestion. Ce principe d'unification se place dans le domaine des hautes technologies. Ce dernier constitue un terreau fertile pour l'appréhension des pratiques de surveillance et d'analyse informationnelle. Par conséquent, cette étude des pratiques d'IE aborde le principe d'unification selon quatre approches : processuelle, instrumentale, organisationnelle et stratégique.
