Abstract

A travers le présent article, nous entendons proposer une méthodologie permettant de définir et mettre en œuvre une stratégie cohérente et durable de gestion des risques environnementaux sur les sites industriels. Notre approche s'articule en deux temps. Le premier vise à définir la stratégie pertinente via une adaptation de la logique du SD 21 000 pour permettre à l'entreprise de hiérarchiser ses priorités. Le second vise à optimiser l'efficacité de la mise en œuvre de cette stratégie via le déploiement, selon un ordre spécifique, de dispositifs d'apprentissage.
