Abstract

Cet article s'intéresse aux possibilités d'évaluation monétaire des stratégies de gestion des risques environnementaux. Après avoir indiquées les spécificités des méthodes gestionnaires appliquées à la problématique environnementale, l'éventail des principales solutions économiques est présenté. Cette confrontation des méthodes économiques et gestionnaires aboutit à un double constat. D'une part, cette analyse indique l'importance de l'évaluation économique environnementale au sein de la stratégie de gestion des risques, notamment dans la recherche de légitimité des organisations. D'autre part, si ces méthodes sont spécifiques elles ne sont pas pour autant exclusives. Leur complémentarité doit être soulignée au regard de leurs apports dans le processus de prise de décision.
