Abstract

La communication porte sur l'évolution des politiques de recherche, l'enjeu politique qu'elles sous-tendent, les méthodes d'évaluation de plus en plus complexes, la pression pour rendre des comptes. La professionnalisation des revues, des chercheurs et des institutions vont de pair. De nouvelle règles sont à apprendre, connaître et utiliser, qui appellent un processus d'apprentissage individuel mais aussi des actions collectives au profit de stratégies personnelles et d'établissement. La pression des établissements sur les revues, les classements, les revues elles-mêmes en tant qu'organisations à gérer et financer, l'organisation des rôles au sein des revues à comité de lecture, le peer review process seront abordés. On y verra que publier est une question de stratégie et de tactique, et l'on décrira une démarche de publication.
