La réalisation du diagnostic psychosocial par les consultants : enjeux et conflits préventifs

Abstract

La question de la santé au travail est devenue centrale dans la sphère professionnelle, notamment avec l'inflation réglementaire et la médiatisation d'événements tragiques, comme les suicides chez France Télécom. La réalisation d'un diagnostic des risques psychosociaux (RPS) de l'entreprise devient fondamentale, mais également stratégique. En effet, cette fonction est souvent remplie par des consultants externes à l'entreprise, sujets à de multiples "luttes représentatives des RPS", visant à imputer la responsabilité de ces risques sur certains acteurs de l'organisation, et ainsi à influer le type de prévention à mettre en place.
