Abstract

Depuis une trentaine d'années, les logiques à l'oeuvre dans la production du logement en France ont considérablement évolué. L'Etat, les collectivités locales et un ensemble d'acteurs privés emmenés par les promoteurs ont été les porteurs de cette transformation en révisant profondément leurs modes de faire. Au bout du compte, ces évolutions des logiques d'acteurs, cohérentes les unes avec les autres, ont fait apparaître ce qu'on peut appeler un nouveau régime de production du logement. Dans cet article, nous chercherons tout d'abord à mieux comprendre les ressorts de ce nouveau régime. Constatant qu'il a touché de manière différente les territoires urbains, nous nous intéresserons dans un second temps à la façon dont il a affecté la région lyonnaise.
