Abstract

Because of organizations mutation, the individual must from now manage indecision and events to solve problems he meets. So, instead to be competent, the individual has to act with different skills and abilities, called resources, adapted to the situation and not only with the traditional knows or know-how. At first, the meta-abilities enable him to understand the situation and to choose the adequate resources. Second, according to various internal and external ingredients, the individual transforms the resources in actions to provide adapted and relevant answers to the situation.
