Abstract

Le développement de la gestion par projet permet, indubitablement, d'améliorer les performances économiques des entreprises, mais il entraîne aussi des problèmes d'ordre socio-organisationnel. Alors, qui sont les gens qui font vivre les projets ? Nouveaux preux de l'industrie ou vieux briscards des ateliers ? Hédia Zannad part à leur rencontre chez Renault, là où ils ont conçu la Twingo, premier véhicule à avoir été développé selon ces nouveaux principes. Quelques années plus tard, alors que se prépare le lancement de la Laguna II, comment les hommes se sont-ils appropriés ce mode de gestion ? Comment vivent-ils, au quotidien, ces nouvelles relations de travail ? Quelles nouvelles identités se sont-ils forgées, entre métier et projet ? Petit retour sur l'avenir d'un mode d'organisation...
