Abstract

La forme récit est à la mode (BOYCE, 1997, RHODES et BROWN, 2005, GIROUX et MAROQUIN, 2005 pour des revues de la littérature), qu'elle soit encensée pour sa capacité à créer du sens ou qu'elle soit accusée d'être au service de sombres objectifs de manipulation (SALMON, 2007). Dans un processus de recrutement, un curriculum vitae (CV dans la suite du texte) est un document qui se situe à la rencontre de ces deux dimensions : il s'agit que la présentation du candidat soit suffisamment claire pour être compréhensible et séduisante pour être retenue. Aussi notre question de recherche est-elle la suivante : un CV présentant de fortes propriétés narratives a-t-il plus de chances d'être retenu, dans un processus de sélection ?
